We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your journey, and we would like to offer some clarification regarding the events that transpired. The day before your scheduled trip, our team made four attempts to contact you by phone to confirm your presence for the journey. Unfortunately, all of our calls went unanswered, as your phone appeared to be turned off at those times. Given the large number of bookings we handle, and considering that some are canceled without prior notice, even when paid online, we had to follow our standard procedure and release the unconfirmed seat. On the day of departure, when you arrived at the bus station in Constanța, the bus had already departed as per the scheduled time. Although you later attempted to contact us, unfortunately, it was too late to intervene. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this has caused, especially given the impact on your travel plans. Please know that it is always our intention to provide high-quality service, and we are committed to avoiding such situations in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
